MVL cares about the health of your student! Please read through the medication guidelines and fill out any necessary forms. Also, look through the action plans at the bottom of the page and fill one out if your child needs one on file at MVL.

MVL is no longer able to supply over the counter (OTC) medication of ANY kind to students. Any medication a student needs (Sudafed, Tylenol, Advil, Cough Drops, etc.) must be supplies by the students’ parents or guardians in the manufacturer’s original package. These over the counter medications can be kept in the student’s personal locker. They can only be used for personal use and may not be shared with other students. A completed parent authorization form is required, even if students keep their OTC medications in their lockers. You download that form here.
